Today we have been talking about how the Indians and the English got a long
We discussed about the different tribes and how they all weren't the best of friends.
We learned that there was a lot of sicknesses that hit the English from lack of vegitables
We also talked about when the English first Arrived they found the Indians winter food and ate it. so they pretty much stole from the Indians

Today we had an open lab. We talked about our wiki's and stuff. Right now im learning about immigration and how it has affected America in a great way. Im planning on watching the history channel again this week. i think its a great way to learn about history also.

Since im working on immigratioin i've read a ton about how that affected America and all the laws and stuff that congress had to pass.

Today we talked about how the French and England war was started. It was interesting to learn about the different rules they had for trading between main and england you could say. I thought it was cool how the english left america alone for 100 years but i thought it was stupid how they wanted to randomly take it back.

Today we talked about the Salem Witchcraft trials, Benjamin Franklin, George washington. My group did Benjamin Franklin but it was pretty cool to learn alot more about the Salem Witchcraft trials and George Washington. I didn't know a lot of things about those.

Today we learned about the under ground rail road, the compromise of 1850, the bleeding kansas, John Broan, and the election of 1860. I thought it was interesting to hear about how the underground rail road really worked and how lincoln really got elected.

Today we talked about the secession and the confederat states and the anaconda plan and the civil war and the emancipation act and reconstruction of the states it was really cool to hear about how lincoln didn't really have a side during the elections and how he would put personal beliefs behind him to do what is right for the country. To me that shows a true president.

Today I got to read about lincoln and how rumors can affect soldiers. In my reading i learned about Lincoln and his letter to the north. I also learned about why he put a lot of land up for sale in carolina. It was interesting to learn that he did it because he knew that the more convenient it is for people the more they would do it. That was very smart on his behalf. I dont know what the North would think of it.

Today i did the script and finished up the pictures and links on our movie. Next time we are going to record our voices. We are doing our movie as more of a radio station thingy.

Today i worked on the Audio with McKayla, it was hard cause everyone kept walking past and making noises so mr. wright let us in to the teachers place thing by the stinky bathrooms and we were able to do it there. Next time i hope we can set it into our p.pt. that'll be awesome cause then we'll be done. For homework im going to do the third test question.
